Purpose and Scope
Provides support for administrative, clerical and day-to-day matters in the department/ project site
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Updates and maintains department records (e.g. workers’ time sheets)
- Maintains proper filing of documents
- Performs data entry and assists in the compilation of reports
- Assist to arrange transport for managers, client, staff etc
- Overseeing of drivers e.g. overtime scheduling
- Assists in the planning and coordinating of events/courses
- Responsible for material and equipment requisition from suppliers
- Match delivery order with supplier invoice
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Min GCE N/ O Level Certificate in Administration courses or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in construction industry
- Well versed in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
- A multitasker who is able to work independently
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
