Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotations, and other requests relating to General insurance or our clients and partners
  • Liaise with support team for quotations, referrals, appeals
  • Preparation of documents relating to transacted business
  • Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners
  • Responsible for business growth and retention for continuity
  • Working with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
  • Setting and monitoring performance metrics, such as revenue targets and market penetration
  • Overseeing the sales process, from prospecting to implementation
  • Presenting: Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients
  • Offering general insurance advice to existing insurers and prospects
  • Tracking and providing feedback on the overall agent experience to internal stakeholders

What you need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a General Insurance environment.
  • Hold relevant certificates
  • Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably with knowledge in WICA / Security Bonds / Motors insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • insurance industry: 2 years (Preferred)
  • relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CGI certification (Preferred)
