Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations, and other requests relating to General insurance or our clients and partners
- Liaise with support team for quotations, referrals, appeals
- Preparation of documents relating to transacted business
- Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners
- Responsible for business growth and retention for continuity
- Working with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Setting and monitoring performance metrics, such as revenue targets and market penetration
- Overseeing the sales process, from prospecting to implementation
- Presenting: Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients
- Offering general insurance advice to existing insurers and prospects
- Tracking and providing feedback on the overall agent experience to internal stakeholders
What you need:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a General Insurance environment.
- Hold relevant certificates
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with knowledge in WICA / Security Bonds / Motors insurance.
