Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with Management team to support the maintenance of client databases, manage enquiries, follow up and fostering of good relationships with clients
  • Screening, organizing and receiving Email/WhatsApp enquiries
  • Assist in preparation of quotations, invoices, and any documents needed for follow up with clients
  • Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires
  • Provide relevant support and other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in any related discipline
  • Technologically-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
  • Vocal, optimistic and charismatic personality

Working hours:

  • 10-15 hours per week
  • At least 5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

Salary:

  • $10 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)
  • Performance Bonus
