Job Description

The successful candidate will handle the finance and HR functions for the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance and Accounting

  • Handle Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable data entry
  • Monitor payment from customers and liaise with customers
  • Manage Supplier payments
  • Generate timely P&L and Balance Sheet statements
  • File Tax returns and AGM reports
  • Handle GST
  • All other finance matters

2. Human Resource

  • Leave Approvals and monitoring staff leave
  • Staff Claims
  • Payroll excluded

3. Admin

  • Issuing Delivery Orders
  • Managing Stocks

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably with some Accounting or Finance knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Meticulous and strong attention to details
  • Team player

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,688.62 - $2,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
