  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Liaising with freight forwarders, direct customers and overseas agencies for both outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Handling and prepare shipping documents (e.g. delivery orders, bill of lading, tax invoices, arrival notices, etc.)
  • Track, monitor and follow up on shipments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Liaising with shippers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters and warehouses for the smooth transfer of cargo from
  • suppliers' warehouses to stuffing warehouses.
  • Perform data entry of various shipment information into the system.
  • Assist with any documentation and ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in logistics operations (hands-on experience preferred), no experience and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills with outspoken and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and ability work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Working Location : Pasir Panjang

Working Hours: 8:45am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 8:45am-1pm (Alt Sat)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
