Job Description:
Temp Admin Assistant provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the Dietetic and Catering Department.
Maintain information regarding patient diet orders, menu, special request, meal counts and other necessary records.
Job Responsibilities:
To coordinate diets orders from the Wards to Kitchen
To assist to maintain & update all Labels, Posters & Charts in the Kitchen
To coordinate the Catering Orders from Requestors to Catering Team & Chef
To provide administrative support in monitoring Catering Events, Labels, Filing, Data Entry, Billing & Dispatch
To provide general administrative support in terms of Filings, Data Entry and Dispatch
To ensure Office is always manned during office hours and all calls to the department are attended to
To conduct internal QC checks on food temperature and quality
To conduct daily food safety and hygiene checks.
To assist the Chef to ensure staff adhere to the safety rules and regulation practices
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of ISO documents
To assist on staff related matters.
To assist and cover other team members when necessary
To perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Able to work on weekend and PH.
Able to work rotating shift.
Educational and Professional Requirements
GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
