  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional hospitality – we want a people person who can turn a frown upside down.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked space.
  • Commit to a regular time slot (Tues/Fri evenings and/or weekends).

  • Extroverted and enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life.
  • Polite and patient, delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Passionate about experiences (no art background needed!).
  • Reliable and responsible, ensuring smooth daily operations.

What We Offer

Salary & Growth Opportunities

  • Customer Experience Crew (Level 1): $9-11/hr
  • Customer Experience Leader (Level 2): $10-12/hr
  • Customer Experience Key Leader (Level 3): $11-13/hr
  • Monthly sales bonus
  • Off-site activations at $15/hr (senior crews are prioritised)
  • Career growth opportunities – We’re expanding and looking for passionate individuals to grow with us!
  • Note: Minimum 8 hours of training at the training rate applies.
