We are growing and we're looking for an exceptional talent to come onboard as a Mortgage Specialist based in Singapore.
Mission
Your mission will be to convert all provided sales leads by determining customer requirements, helping consumers with product selection and following each customer's mortgage application through to successful completion.
You will be working closely with our Head of Financial Advisory to grow the business, drive sales excellence and foster a positive client-centric culture. Leads will be fully provided for by the company, coupled with an attractive monthly commission scheme. Annual leave, CPF contributions and medical benefits included. Flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Providing timely and excellent customer service for our customers who are seeking a mortgage for new purchase, refinancing or cash-out reasons
- Advising on the overall property purchase process
- Achieving monthly mortgage revenue targets and thinking of ways to maximise lead potential
- Ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements as well as department policies and procedures
- Following customer's application through to approval
- Liaising with bankers on rates and promotions on an ad hoc basis
- All leads will be provided by the company. No face to face interaction with customers required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage sales
- Preferably from banks or mortgage brokers
- Service and customer focused
- Target oriented
- Ability to adapt to technology and changes
- Familiar with financial and mortgage jargons
