  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are an established online and in-store jewellery company looking for a motivated Marketing Admin Assistant to join our team and help drive the growth of our brand. The position is based in Orchard, with a 5.5-day work week. This role reports to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of monthly events, collaborations, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist in launching new products and marketing campaigns.
  • Promote the brand in international markets.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage and solve challenges.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the jewellery industry, luxury products, or online brands is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in social media is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused, creative, innovative, and positive.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
