We are an established online and in-store jewellery company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Admin Assistant to join our team immediately. The position is based in Orchard, with a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing department, including managing order details, shipments, purchasing, quality checks, and packing.
  • Manage timelines and optimize costs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Update orders and sales transactions on a daily basis.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Support the sales and customer service teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively with craftsmen and suppliers from Hong Kong and the US.
  • Handle order details and jewellery items with exceptional attention to detail, care, and integrity.
  • Solve problems efficiently and work within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
