We are an established online and in-store jewellery company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Admin Assistant to join our team immediately. The position is based in Orchard, with a 5.5-day work week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing department, including managing order details, shipments, purchasing, quality checks, and packing.
- Manage timelines and optimize costs to ensure efficient operations.
- Update orders and sales transactions on a daily basis.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Support the sales and customer service teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with craftsmen and suppliers from Hong Kong and the US.
- Handle order details and jewellery items with exceptional attention to detail, care, and integrity.
- Solve problems efficiently and work within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
