Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to support the Community Care Sector’s in workforce transformation efforts
- Engage and work closely with HR partners in the Community Care sector to encourage adoption of various manpower programmes
- Manage the value chain of manpower programmes including conceptualisation, marketing, implementation, and administration of schemes
- Administration support for meetings with internal and external parties including but not limited to ministries, consultants, and Community Care Organisations.
- Manage any other ad-hoc sector projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience
- Experience in project management or HR processes would be advantageous
- Possess strong analytical and diagnostic skills, meticulous with a high level of integrity.
- Able to work flexibly with limited SOPs and processes
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
