Job Scope

  • Developing/refining of ops framework to handle various appeal scenarios or exceptional cases which may warrant deviations.
  • Develop and implement frameworks to handle appeals, including which scenarios can be decided by AIC.
  • Writing of budget papers to the relevant approving authorities relating on the roles and responsibilities in relation to appeals handling, overpayment, etc. This includes managing of stakeholders on any proposed changes.
  • Surfacing of appeals, waiver, write-off to the respective approvers.
  • Investigate and resolve clients’ enquiries, which includes handling of queries received from external stakeholders such as nursing homes.
  • Perform secretariat duties and any other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to engage stakeholders and manage complex customer service/ feedback related issues.
  • Possess excellent writing, verbal communication and customer service skills, with the passion and patience to serve the seniors
  • Able to keep calm and composure at high pressure situation.
  • Good problem-solving skills to achieve the best outcome for the client and service provider.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player with motivation to learn and progress as a team.
