ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent Knife Skills: Proficiency in using various butcher knives to accurately cut and trim meat and fish.
  • Knowledge of Meat Cuts: Thorough understanding of different meat and fish cuts, their quality, and best uses.
  • Food Safety Awareness: Adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise cuts and proper presentation of meat and fish products.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with chefs and other kitchen staff regarding meat orders and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably with Food hygiene Audit Cert (WSQ)
  • Basic Food Hygiene Cert (WSQ)
  • At least 1 years of related experience
