- Food Safety Awareness: Adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling practices.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise cuts and proper presentation of meat and fish products.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with chefs and other kitchen staff regarding meat orders and specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably with Food hygiene Audit Cert (WSQ)
- Basic Food Hygiene Cert (WSQ)
- At least 1 years of related experience

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
