  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven HR Executive to join our dynamic team!

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function in areas of recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations and etc.
  • Experienced in coordination with foreign workers flight, on/off-boarding processes, and assignment to dormitories.
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, interview, salary proposal, onboarding process/orientation and exit interview.
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters.
  • Provide day-to-day administration and operational support in HR team.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide advice and handle all inquiries on HR related matters.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management process.
  • Prepare HR annual budget plan.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time.

Requirements:

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist
  • Well-versed with Employment Act and MOM related portals
  • Independent with initiatives, resourceful and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:15pm
  • Alternate Sat: 8am to 12pm (work-from-home arrangement)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
