Job Responsibilities

You will support employee benefits management functions in the areas of Medical & Leave management, administrating and managing insurance policies & claims submission, tracking, filling. You will also report to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits in administration of HRIS and the remuneration and payroll processes.


A little about you and what we seek to accomplish together:


Employee Benefits Management

  • Assist with annual insurance renewal exercise
  • Handle enquiries that staff may encounter on medical and leave benefits, work injuries, insurance claims and other HR related matters
  • Monitor and tracking the claims and leave utilizations and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Provide support in the C&B Team in their remuneration and payroll processes.
  • Participate in surveys and benchmarking exercise to ensure C&B practices are aligned with market practices and Management’s direction.
  • Other ad hoc project related work assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably with a Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in grant management or C&B function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
  • Ability to work well with others under tight deadlines and respond to changes in priorities.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • An independent and fast worker.
