APAC Wholesale Lending Services Middle Office (WLS MO) provides end to end execution on lending services to multiple lines of business across Global Banking. Services provided include loan origination, loan agency, servicing support for loans and secondary loan trading support. Services are tailored to the needs of clients and line of business, ranging from bilateral to syndication.
Job Description
The role is within the Traditional Credit Product Middle Office (TCP MO) team. As a team member, you will provide credit facilities support to cross lines of businesses in various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform set-up and ongoing maintenance in both the credit and loan system (Loan IQ)
- Help maintain quality measures and data to ensure client service standards are met
- Follow best practice and procedure to ensure no control breaches.
- Participate in team projects with a view to ensure increased efficiency, strengthen controls & streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal/client servicing skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
