Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documents are updated and stored securely.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation and training.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer payroll and benefits processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirement:
- Preferred to have manufacturing industry experiences
- Good knowledge in Singapore Payroll, HR Compliance and Non-compliance matters
- Well versed in HRMS system
- Experiences in building SOPs and trouble shooting

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
