F&B SERVER / F&B CAPTAIN
Job Summary:
The part time F&B server plays a supporting role in delivering outstanding customer service in a social and sports club setting, ensuring that all club members enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a commitment to maintaining the club’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Member Experience & Service Excellence:
· Provide a warm, professional, and personalized greeting to club members and their guests.
· Ensure prompt and accurate food service, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
· Deliver a high level of hospitality that aligns with the club’s standards, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for members.
· Follow the club’s service sequence to ensure a consistent and refined dining experience.
· Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation, to confidently provide recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
2. Operational Efficiency & Cleanliness:
· Set up and reset tables efficiently to minimize wait times and maintain a smooth flow of service.
· Ensure all dining areas, workstations, Bar, Coffee station and service areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
· Regularly check and replenish table settings, condiments, and napkins for the convenience of members.
· Maintain food quality, presentation, and service speed in line with club expectations.
3. Teamwork & Communication:
· Collaborate effectively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
· Communicate professionally with supervisors to address any service-related concerns or improvements.
· Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the club’s dining facilities.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum experience in a similar role, preferably within a private club, restaurant and hospitality setting.
· Proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Ability to build rapport with club members and maintain a high level of discretion and service.
· A proactive and cooperative team player.
· Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to handle and carry trays with food and beverages.
· Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate club operations.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Ability to stand for extended periods during service hours.

Salary Range:
· $12-$14 hourly(depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month
