  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty.

2. Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments

3. Managing patient flow and multi-tasking

4. Provide front line counter services such as patient registration and provide information on clinic services and products.

5. Following up with patients.

6. Sell and promote programs and products to patients based on their needs/doctor's prescription.

7. Communicate sales promotions and service options with patients.

8. Assist the doctors in the day to day operation.

9. Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.

10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

11. Monthly Commission if targets are met

You need to possess the following:

1. Good interpersonal skills

2. Energetic and enthusiastic

3. Speak fluent English, Mandarin would be a great advantage (To liaise with Mandarin speaking patients/staffs)

4. Strong ability to multi-task

5. Responsible

6. Self-motivated

7. Ability to work on certain off days if required

8. Fast Learner

9. Relevant Experience in similar capacity
