  • Supervise and mentor junior contract managers, providing guidance on complex contract issues.
  • Lead training sessions on contract management best practices, risk mitigation, and compliance for the team.
  • Oversee contract/QS team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in the full cycle of construction project administration.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Essential knowledge of budgeting and project cost control.
  • Able to lead a group of quantity surveyors.
