- Supervise and mentor junior contract managers, providing guidance on complex contract issues.
- Lead training sessions on contract management best practices, risk mitigation, and compliance for the team.

Requirements:
- Degree in Building Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the full cycle of construction project administration.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Essential knowledge of budgeting and project cost control.
- Able to lead a group of quantity surveyors.
