The Person
Quantity Surveyor main responsibilities include quantity take-offs, assist in reviewing and analyzing tender documents, documents of project tracking, preparing and verifying progress claims and payments
The Job
Prepare monthly progress claim and subcontract payment
- Prepare tender documents for procurement and contract document for subcontract awards
- Measure variation of cost claims
- Assist in tender pricing
- Prepare final accounts&/or relevant pricing variations
- Prepare schedule of rates
- Training will be provided
The Requirement
- Knowledge of building and construction standards, processes
- Addressing quality issues promptly and effectively
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Establish good relationship with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders
