  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for pre & post contract management

· Evaluation of tender & preparation of tender submission & BQ

· Attend tender interviews

· Cost estimation

· Provide support to the team as and when needed

· Provide support activities in procurement, attend site meetings, monitoring deliveries and keeping track of the entire project timeline

· Keep track of progress claims from sub-contractors and to prepare payment certificate accordingly

Requirements:

· Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Electrical/Building & Architecture

· At least 2 years’ relevant experience

· Good spoken & written English

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

· Possess excellent interpersonal & communication/ negotiation skills, initiative & resourceful

· Able to work independently & under pressure

· Knowledge of contract administration & tender procedures is an advantage

· Relevant experience in building industry preferred

** 5-day work week

** Shuttle Bus Service provided at Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang MRT

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
