Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into Real_Estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. The intern will be responsible in the following:

  • Assisting in financial updates of asset model, quarterly investor reporting and computing financial returns.
  • Financial management of development projects.
  • Liasing with valuers and consultants.
  • Support divestment activities and produce financial projections for potential sales.
  • Other asset management related work scope Learning Outcomes:
  • Learn the fundamentals of managing assets in different jurisdictions.
  • Exposure to ins and outs of the private equity business
  • Understand the processes of an asset management analyst
  • Basic financial modelling training

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Real_Estate, Business or Economics undergraduate with strong writing and numeric skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Genuine interest in private equity and Real_Estate
  • Good team player who is independent and can communicate effectively with others.
