Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all FM related systems to ensure highest level of system availability
- Providing level 2 support and works with vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents / issues
- Derive and maintain up to date technical documentation, work instructions and procedure
- Involved in project-based work for new implementation or improvement to existing system
- Supporting DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) system, to be able to maintain the collection of the data from various location for central monitoring at IoC.
- Support of CCTV system from all locations with linkage to central view at IoC
- Managing Smart Facility System.
- Access Control, i.e. card access, Facial recognition.
- Manage Electronic Key Management System
- Updating the Smart Facility Access list
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in network facilities management or Data Centre facility management
- Possess understanding of Facility management but without relevant experience but willingness to learn is welcome
- Skilled in physical security management and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, excellent analytical ability
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
- Work well under pressure with differing levels of people
- Ability to maintain confidential information and communications.
- Ability to plan and organize ones work in-order to meet target set
- Results focused and understands critically the needs of meeting customer SLA and KPI requirements.
