Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor all FM related systems to ensure highest level of system availability
  • Providing level 2 support and works with vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents / issues
  • Derive and maintain up to date technical documentation, work instructions and procedure
  • Involved in project-based work for new implementation or improvement to existing system
  • Supporting DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) system, to be able to maintain the collection of the data from various location for central monitoring at IoC.
  • Support of CCTV system from all locations with linkage to central view at IoC
  • Managing Smart Facility System.
  • Access Control, i.e. card access, Facial recognition.
  • Manage Electronic Key Management System
  • Updating the Smart Facility Access list
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
  • Degree in IT or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in network facilities management or Data Centre facility management
  • Possess understanding of Facility management but without relevant experience but willingness to learn is welcome
  • Skilled in physical security management and systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, excellent analytical ability
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work well under pressure with differing levels of people
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and communications.
  • Ability to plan and organize ones work in-order to meet target set
  • Results focused and understands critically the needs of meeting customer SLA and KPI requirements.
