What The Role Is

You play a pivotal role in the succession planning and performance management of National Service (NS) resources.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Carry out posting and deployment of Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen)
  • Conduct succession planning for NS personnel
  • Plan, shortlist and scheduled selected personnel for various courses essential for their career development
  • Manage promotion and ranking of NSmen
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert in NS Regimental and Discipline matters
  • Keeping abreast of HR initiatives to stay relevant
  • Ensuring effective service delivery to stakeholders
  • Routinely reviewing work processes to align with prevailing policies
  • Working closely with various entities on career management and performance management matters


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource (HR) Management related field is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Capacity to work independently and meticulously
  • Adaptability to changes
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications and Power BI
