You play a pivotal role in the succession planning and performance management of National Service (NS) resources.
What You Will Be Working On
- Carry out posting and deployment of Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen)
- Conduct succession planning for NS personnel
- Plan, shortlist and scheduled selected personnel for various courses essential for their career development
- Manage promotion and ranking of NSmen
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in NS Regimental and Discipline matters
- Keeping abreast of HR initiatives to stay relevant
- Ensuring effective service delivery to stakeholders
- Routinely reviewing work processes to align with prevailing policies
- Working closely with various entities on career management and performance management matters
- At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource (HR) Management related field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Capacity to work independently and meticulously
- Adaptability to changes
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications and Power BI
