Overall Job Responsibility
You will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to advocating for and empowering caregivers of persons with disabilities. Your role will be key in shaping impactful programs within the caregiver support ecosystem. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders and vendors to drive and manage initiatives focused on equipping caregivers with knowledge, skills and resources needed to better care for themselves and their loved ones.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner vendor and subject matter experts / trainers, to design and develop digital learning content for caregivers of young children requiring early intervention
  • Conceptualise and recommend innovative and creative learning modes to engage caregivers and increase the effectiveness of caregiver training
  • Work with appointed service provider(s) to ensure caregiver training initiatives meet outcomes and are impactful
  • Oversee vendor payment, funding disbursement, outcome reporting and other contractual matters of initiatives under your charge
  • Collaborate with SG Enable business units and partner agencies on caregiver-training / support initiatives
  • Participate in special projects, workgroups and other duties and responsibilities as and when required
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Degree in any discipline with at least 5 to 8 years of working experience.
  • Experience in adult learning, digital learning content development or media production such as video editing, scripting, production will be preferred.
  • Experience in the social service / disability sector would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and able to do independent and thorough quality checking
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances and resourceful in problem solving
  • Ability to contribute as part of a team, while working independently on individual responsibilities with minimum supervision
