Overall Job Responsibility
This role seeks to roll out pilots or initiatives related to post-18 residential and community living services so as to support Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and their families to live at home and in the community.
One key project will be the Enabled Living Programme (ELP), which is a community living option for PwDs with low to moderate needs.
This role may also involve the review of existing residential services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Division in implementing pilots, such as the Enabled Living Programme (ELP), and in the review of existing residential services in the disability landscape.
- Work closely with ELP service providers and other relevant stakeholders, such as MSF and key community partners, in the implementation the pilot service model(s).
- Identify challenges and gaps faced by the ELP service providers, ideate and/or co-create solutions.
- Support programme evaluation for ELP including data collection and management, oversee research and to analyse and report progress on regular basis.
- Provide inputs to MSF and SG Enable Business Units on residential or community living policies and programmes.
- Execute any other strategies related to planning and service design in support of SG Enable’s objectives.
- Any other duties as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in overseeing the implementation of new programmes or pilots
- Good degree in relevant disciplines
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong team player
- Self-driven, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Meticulous and diligent
