Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the team of consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors and external vendors
  • Evaluate, monitor and ensure that progress development is within the project timeline
  • Be involved in selection of materials, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances and other related items.
  • Involved in the arrangement and preparation of minutes for monthly projects meeting with main con and consultants.
  • Involved in the arrangement, preparation, and submission of monthly progress reports to Management.
  • Keep Superior and/or Management updated on feedback with regard to complaints and other important communications.
  • Involved in supervision of renovation works and coordination with vendors with regard to matters pertaining to execution to ensure quality workmanship standards.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge on government authority processes, master schedule, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in project management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline.
  • Knowledge in interior design; sketch-up, adobe apps are an advantage
  • Willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
