  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, handling their day-to-day inquiries and requests
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client queries regarding products, services, and order status
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Manage and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements
  • Monitor the progress of orders, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client strategies
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
  • Diploma in Business, Communications, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service/account management in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in customer service software (e.g., CRM systems) and MS Office
