Key accountabilities
JOB DUTIES
Supervise the building services operation, maintenance work and renovation projects in Airfreight Terminals and its’ ancillary buildings
Ensure that building maintenance and renovation works are carried out properly and on a timely basis
Oversee the operations of building operations centrE (BOC)
Preparation and completion of building work requisitions
Preparation of weekly/bi-weekly defects and maintenance reports
Retrieve and prepare utility consumption reports
Observe safety measures and comply with safety instructions, procedures and regulations
Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings
Any other non-routine tasks as assigned by the superior
Skills & experience
Requirements
Nitec or Higher Nitec with at least 2 years experience in facilities and property management
- Fresh diploma holders in Building & Facilities Management or equivalent may also apply
- Ability to in a team with good interpersonal skills
