Overview:
National University Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our Innovation and Quality Improvement initiatives. This role willl play a crucial part in coordinating various aspects of our innovation strategy and assisting senior leadership in driving excellence across the organisation.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Chair of Kent Ridge Office of Innovation (KROI), including document preparation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist in developing necessary approval papers, reports, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain new department processes, including project tracking systems and progress reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate innovtion-related activities and meetings across different departments and teams.
- Support the implementation of new innovations by liaising between various hospital units and external partners.
- Assist in creating and refining presentations and visual aids for the Chair and other senior leaders to communicate innovation strategies and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and terminology.
- Basic understanding of innovtion processes and quality improvement concepts.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, administrators, and senior leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in healthcare innovation and technology trends.
- Experience with data visualisation tools and basic data analysis.
