Job Purpose:
The Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager will be responsible for the management of data analysis across the continuum of care both clinical and volume, processes and learning & growth perspectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary Duties:
- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Collect, clean and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Reporting & Visualisation:
- Create reports, dashboards and visualisation to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaaboration:
- Work closely with cross-fuinctional teams (e.g. doctors, nurses and administrators) to understand their data needs.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation using data-driven approaches.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and analyses.
- Business Impact:
- Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to improve business performance
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Manage a group of admin staff providing admin support to the divisions doctors. He/She will conduct appraisals for these staff with inputs from the divisions doctors.
- Responsible for ensuring that the admin staff receive appropriate induction, orientation and training so that they possess appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their duties.
- Responsible for staff recruitment and retention to achieve a stable, skilled and motivated team, in partnership with the doctors.
- Communication:
- Responsible for communication between staff and leadership of the hospital. Ensure timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues, recommendation, and implementation of solutions to problems.
- Participate in committees and other tasks as and when assigned by Reporting Officer.
- Office Space:
- Responsible for rooms and workstation allocation for the staff in the department.
- Job Requirements:
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong in data analysis tools such as Excel.
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and with good communication skills (written & spoken).
- Have practical knowledge and/or experiences in process improvements and innovation.
- Have at least two years' working experience, with/without related fields.
