You will be working on managing the Electronic Selection and Acquisition System (ESA) 2.0 project as an Intern under the Archives & Enterprise Services division.

[What you will be working on]

  • Organise meeting/ workshops with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
  • Documentation of findings and requirements from stakeholders, update and share findings with Project Manager.
  • Support Project Manager in preparation of presentation to management, preparation of project milestone, etc.


[What we are looking for]

To be a successful candidate, you will need to:

  • Students from Information Technology, Software Engineering related courses preferred.
  • Good communication and writing skills, a keen sense of resourcefulness.
  • Proficient in information gathering and documentation management
  • Have basic knowledge on Software Development Project, Software Testing and Analytics to support business users in User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track deliverables and performance.
