Job Description
- Strategize portfolio segmentation and optimize portfolio profitability while achieving business scale goals
- Acquire new customers from internal platforms and external channels, optimizing return on investment in the acquisition process
- Responsible for credit product management; design financial features such as pricing, repayment plan, revolving credit and so forth
- Handle existing customer management, increase conversion rate and product usage using campaigns and other effective tools
- Implement market research to understand trends, work closely with risk, IT and other teams to form business planning and drive sustainable growth
- Improve user experience and product efficiency for greater customer satisfaction
- Optimize operation flows and build SOP for product operations
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics and other related fields
- 2-8 years of experience, preferably in consumer/digital/SME lending, or similar retail financial products.
- A builder mindset with strong experience in customer management, ideally with consulting firms, internet, fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
- Proven data analytics expertise to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong problem solving skills, proactive, to-do attitude and take initiative in action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) is a strong advantage to collaborate across the region.
