We are searching for a highly creative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing Facebook Ads and SEM Ads campaigns. Your central goal will be to generate quality leads while maintaining a healthy cost per acquisition (CAC).

Our ideal candidate is someone with hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns, especially in the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google SEM.
  • Develop strategies to achieve KPIs, such as lead generation, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Test variations of ads to determine the best-performing creatives, copies, promotion angles, and audience segments.

2. Analytics and Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

3. Creative Collaboration

  • Develop ad concepts and collaborate closely with designers to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Explore and recommend innovative ways to reach the target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.
  • Ensure all materials are engaging and relevant to the target audience.

4. Market Research and Strategy

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and education.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the education industry or with an agency specializing in education portfolios.
  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, Google SEM, and Google Analytics, including hands-on experience with Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.

2. Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

3. Language

  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and review bilingual content.

4. Preferred

  • Familiarity with the Singapore education market and understanding of parents’ needs.
