Job Specifications

Qualifications:

  • Higher Cert in Culinary Skills

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in the kitchen

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods
  • Good knowledge of food handling, food preparation and cooking procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene regulations and company quality standards
  • Acute taste for food
