Responsibilities:
- Handle banquet enquiries and reservation via phone calls and emails.
- Prepare banquet proposals and confirmations.
- Conduct site visits for potential clients.
- Issue event orders and follow up on special requests.
- Check and update the banquet book on daily operations.
- Prepare event signage and menus.
- Plan and organise in-house wedding shows.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales report to the Catering Sales Manager for review.
- Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Should possess at least N/O Levels.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive.
- 5-day work week. Will be required to work on weekends from time to time.
