Asia Pacific Sales (APS) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Southeast Asia and Australia. This region is a growth engine of APS with exciting opportunities spread across the highly diverse countries in Southeast Asia and Australia.
The candidate will be responsible to define and drive the sales strategies across the whole of SEA region plus Australia to achieve top line and bottom-line results. The candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market
- Lead and manage a diversified regional direct account management, solution engineering teams and the indirect channel partners in South Asia.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to capitalize on the growth opportunities, especially in Emerging Countries to meet Keysight business goals.
- Create profitable growth by capturing new business, taking share, discovering ways to expand Keysight’s Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM).
- Manage customer accounts at the executive level; understands customer’s priorities, challenges, markets, and able to drive Keysight business through executive relationships.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with the IST (Industry Solution Team) /COE (Center of Excellence), provide a strong voice to influence the product development roadmaps, gain support and influence Keysight’s direction, products and services leading to breakthrough results.
- Build and motivate a high performance sales organization
Competencies required:
- Exceptional business acumen and deep understanding of South Asia market dynamics, ecosystem, economic situation and global technology growth trends.
- Strong collaboration skills to enable synergies with the rest of APS, other regions and cross-functional teams to build synergy and strong partnership for success.
- Persuasive influencing skills to shape products road-maps, capitalize on new opportunities, increase market share, and discover ways to expand Keysight’s Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM).
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics, ecosystem and business opportunities in the sales region and global market opportunities.
- Total relevant experience of the candidate to be about or more than 20 years with more than 5 years managing regional sales and operations with good track record of achieving growth.
- Deep understanding of South Asia market growth opportunities, ecosystem, and technology trends.
- Have delivered high growth and market share gains in his previous roles
- Have worked and demonstrated understanding across diverse technology domains and industry segments is a plus.
- High drive, passion and commitment to excel in a highly diversified South Asia region.
- Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and plans. Strong command of English, both written and spoken
