Role & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical centre to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and healthcare regulations.
- Preparing and submitting performance reports and KPIs as required by senior management.
- Managing inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels of medical and administrative supplies.
- Coordinating preventive maintenance for medical equipment and facilities to avoid disruptions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing healthcare or clinical operations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards
- Proficiency in inventory management and maintenance scheduling
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is an advantage
