Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for accepting customer booking requests, confirming customer booking requirements, and handling customer service.
2. Responsible for import containers for all company routes, verifying import data in the system, and notifying customers.
3. Coordinate and arrange transshipment of incoming cargoes via Singapore to various global destinations.
4. Responsible for the documentation operations related to export and transshipment on all company routes, including the creation, modification, and management of bills of lading.
5.Assist in the daily scheduling, management of containers.
Job Requirement
Job requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: GCE “O” level or Polytechnic Diploma
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Shipping line experience is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft exchange, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Can start work immediately

Additional Skills and attributes:
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and logistics processes is a plus.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service and support.
