Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute product
marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. Reporting to the
Head of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with product, licensing, sales and
creative teams to create compelling product narratives and go-to-market plans. Your role
will be instrumental in crafting strong product positioning, managing marketing initiatives,
and optimising strategies based on performance insights.

Responsibilities

Product Marketing Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to elevate
brand awareness and drive business growth
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning based on a deep understanding
of the product, target audience, and market insights.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective
communication among all stakeholders.
  • Analyse product performance metrics and customer feedback to refine marketing
strategies and enhance product offerings.


Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement

  • Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including promotional
campaigns, sales enablement, and training.
  • Enhance sales materials and strategy to ensure effective communication of product
value propositions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to assess the competitive landscape and identify
strategic opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and execute innovative new product initiatives that drive brand
development and market growth.

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Explore and test new marketing ideas, fostering a culture of creativity and
experimentation.
  • Identify emerging trends and consumer insights to inform future marketing
strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing campaigns through data-driven
decision-making and iterative testing.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a dynamic content strategy team, setting clear KPIs and
providing guidance to drive performance.
  • Work closely with key cross-functional partners to ensure brand strategies align
with sales strategies and communications.
  • Champion a collaborative marketing culture that integrates input from sales,
creative, and product teams for cohesive brand storytelling.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product marketing, content strategy, or related roles, with a
proven track record of successfully launching and managing products—experience
in the collectibles or toy industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with exceptional writing and verbal abilities, and
proficiency in creating impactful and visually compelling presentations.
  • Strategic mindset, with demonstrated expertise in developing content that aligns
with business objectives and strengthens brand narratives.
  • Industry and product knowledge, including familiarity with brand collaborations and
the collectibles or toy sector, is an advantage.
  • Data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills to interpret market data,
consumer insights, and performance metrics to refine marketing strategies.
  • Leadership capability, with experience in senior people management, team
development, and mentorship.
  • Strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to
execute complex initiatives seamlessly.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies in
response to evolving market trends.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging
opportunities.
  • Highly organised, with outstanding time management and scheduling capabilities to

manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality work within
deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment
and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
