Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a dynamic and adaptable Marketing Executive to join our
Marketing and e-Commerce team. This unique role will focus on leading the planning,
execution, and optimisation of B2C event marketing strategies, while also offering the
opportunity to gain exposure and contribute to the company’s e-Commerce operations,
and community engagement functions.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is pivotal in driving brand presence,
customer engagement, and experiential growth. You will work closely with cross-functional
teams and external stakeholders to conceptualise and deliver world-class events that
resonate with Mighty Jaxx's vision. You will split your time equally between handling
upcoming events (50%), and learning about the e-Commerce and community management
functions (50%).

Responsibilities

Event Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute an annual calendar of events across the APAC region,
including product launches, exhibitions, and retail pop-ups, in alignment with the
company’s marketing objectives.
  • Conceptualise event strategies tailored to regional markets to effectively
communicate the brand’s message and engage diverse audiences.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to define event goals, budgets, and

success metrics for APAC-focused initiatives.

Event Execution and On-Site Management

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of events within APAC, ensuring seamless
operations from logistics to on-site management.
  • Build and manage relationships with regional vendors, organisers, and attendees to
deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints, including signage,
marketing materials, and activations.


Integrated Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing campaigns that drive
attendance and engagement for APAC events.
  • Develop promotional materials, such as social media posts, email campaigns, and
digital advertisements, to amplify event visibility across the region.
  • Oversee post-event lead generation campaigns, leveraging data and attendee
insights to inform future strategies specific to APAC markets.

E-Commerce Operations Gain hands-on exposure to e-Commerce management in tasks such as:

  • Uploading and managing product listings, tracking inventory, and
implementing promotional updates on digital platforms.
  • Monitoring sales performance and reporting on trends and customer
behavior.
  • Collaborating with the Technology team on e-Commerce campaigns,
including seasonal promotions and new product launches.
  • Using the Shopify B2C platform to update Mighty Jaxx’s global websites (Global site,
US, UK sites)

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Partner with creative, sales, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment

across event objectives for APAC.
  • Represent Mighty Jaxx at key industry events in the region, building relationships
with external stakeholders to create new partnership opportunities.
  • Analyse event performance and provide detailed reports on ROI, attendee

engagement, and other key metrics, with a focus on regional insights

Community Engagement Gain hands-on exposure in driving community engagement, with tasks such as:

  • Planning and executing community-driven initiatives, such as online
contests, social media interactions, and community meetups.
  • Monitoring and engaging with brand communities across social platforms,
fostering meaningful conversations and building brand loyalty.
  • Contributing to content creation for community engagement, including
crafting social posts, polls, and responses.
  • Provide community-gathered insights and recommendations to relevant internal

teams, in order to shape future marketing and product strategies.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or brand activation, preferably within
the APAC region.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events
simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with
stakeholders across diverse markets.
  • Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools, such as CRM
platforms, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate event performance, ROI, and attendee
engagement metrics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique event concepts and
solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently within the APAC region for on-site event
management.
