Senior Quality Manager (Semi Manufacturing) in the East

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance quality assurance functions across key areas, including customer quality, in-process quality control, supplier quality control, quality system development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic objectives and tactical plans aligned with operational excellence and business goals.
• Lead efforts to build a high-performance team, enhance customer support, and drive innovation excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, standardized procedures, and advanced quality methodologies.
• Utilize data-driven insights and tools such as Lean Six Sigma and AI-driven quality tracking systems.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize quality assurance approaches across multiple sites.
• Provide leadership and guidance to quality engineering teams, ensuring seamless coordination with management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and drive quality system enhancements to meet regulatory requirements.
• Promote and practice structured workplace methodologies, such as 8S principles, to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Recruit, develop, and manage quality assurance personnel to build a skilled and engaged team.
• Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, effective communication, and continuous learning.
• Monitor and manage budget allocation for quality assurance operations and improvement projects.
• Support cross-functional teams and collaborate with subsidiaries to enhance customer satisfaction and global quality consistency.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Quality Management with a strong track record of success.
• 5–10 years of experience in Quality Engineering or operational roles, focusing on process implementation, policy development, and system improvements.
• International exposure in quality management is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in precision product manufacturing.
• Familiarity with precision machining and rubber product formulation/manufacturing is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Certification in quality management techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO Auditor, or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in quality tools, methodologies, and systems.
• In-depth understanding of ISO certification requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Solid background in product and process quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage technical and quality teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective quality control measures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
