Job Scope:
- Handle setup, installation, re-installation, and migration of IT peripherals.
- Maintain backups and ensure recovery processes are in place.
- Provide support at client premises as well as remote assistance via phone and email. Address IT-related requests from clients and end-users.
- Relocate IT peripherals within the premises and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage user profiles and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
- Interface with other IT maintenance vendors for problem reporting. Place service calls and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Install and configure software according to customer standards.
Requirement
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in IT or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the IT field
- Experience in user support is preferred.
- Basic networking support and familiarity with various OS platforms
- Strong customer service skills, good communication abilities, and a team player mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and able to take initiative.

Additional Information:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6:30 PM (May be subject to client’s office hours)
- Office Location: Kaki Bukit (Attached to client's sites - Onsite/Roaming Role)
- Overtime: Possible depending on project requirements.

- Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
