KPMG has a strong Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives incorporating Supply Chain products such as COUPA, Jaggaer, o9, iValua and Zycus. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. You are expected to manage the areas of project planning, resource management, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, project governance, scope management, vendor management, project execution, change management, project documentation, reporting and post-Go Live support.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the planning, executing and implementation of multiple Supply Chain and Procurement projects and roll outs.
  • Lead from front on Business Process set-up workshop by demonstrating domain/industry experience on best practices.
  • Project Governance - monitors and controls on project scope, schedule, budget, risk & issues. Ensure the project follows organization's governance standards.
  • Risk Management - Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Regularly monitoring risks and implementing contingency plans when required.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, executives, and external vendors.
  • Scope Management - Managing changes to the project scope and assessing their impacts.
  • Quality Assurance - Overseeing the quality of project deliverables and ensuring that they meet the agreed-upon standards.
  • Project Execution - Coordinating and supervising the work of the project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring that project activities are progressing as planned.
  • Issue Resolution - Addressing and resolving project issues that may arise during the implementation, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
  • Reporting - Providing regular status updates to project stakeholders and senior management, including progress reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and any deviations from the original plan.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • Minimum 12+ years in supply chain consulting or relevant industry roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving measurable business impact.
  • Experience with at least one SCM application, such as SAP S4/HANA, COUPA, Jaggaer, o9, iValua, or Zycus.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, and/or distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage client relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels. PMP certification is required.
  • Experience with hybrid agile or full agile methodology.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into comprehensive client proposals that address business needs.
  • Strong ability to develop effective presentations and articulate ideas to all levels of management.
  • Passion for staying updated on technological advancements, recommending service improvements and cost-saving measures.
