Job Title: HR/Admin Assistant
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment process and providing essential administrative assistance to the reporting manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings, tracking applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communications and manage recruitment documentation efficiently.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Provide assistance with recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Administrative Support to Manager:
- Help with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing internal communications for the department.
- Assist the manager in coordinating and scheduling client appointments.
- Prepare meeting slides and presentations to support manager-led discussions and decision-making.
- Organize and coordinate team events, training sessions, and other departmental activities.
- Maintain and update administrative records and files to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and update content for the company’s social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media management tools.

Pay: $2,250.00 - $2,750.00 per month
