  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

You will be responsible to lead the team to:

  • Investigate non-compliance with relevant legislation and codes of practice governing victim relief against online harms
  • Recommend appropriate penalty for contraventions and take follow up action
  • Prepare draft charges, statement of facts, and investigation papers for cases that will be prosecuted in court
  • Assist AGC prosecutor in preparation of case for court proceedings, attend court proceedings, and testify as a prosecution witness as needed
  • Develop and review penalty frameworks.
  • Perform forensic archival of evidence of cases to facilitate follow-up action
  • Review, design, and implement case management system and investigation processes and workflows
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise the development and review of forensic archival SOPs to ensure integrity in handling / retention of evidence obtained

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in investigation type of work
  • Prior experience with SPF and/or related enforcement agencies (eg CPIB, CNB, CAD etc) would be advantageous
  • Good written and oral communication skills

You may be exposed to graphic content not limited to Minor Safety, Suicide and Self Harm, Violent Extremism and Bullying so your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role is essential.

Position will be commensurate with experience.
