In your new role you will:
- Strategic conception and development of yearly communication planning, based on global strategy by taking the local market needs and perspective into account. Executive Communications support for the Regional President and other selected C-Level leaders.
- Responsibility for local events: Signature Events (e.g. OkotberTech, TechFor) and trade shows in close collaboration with Brand Marketing and Live Communications Team.
- Creation of strategic concept for each trade fair / event incl. umbrella theme, storyline, detailed core messages and as well as first content ideas, formats, speakers - tailor-made for the respective target groups. Management and implementation of the events as a holistic cross-channel communication approach (pre / during / post event) in close collaboration with the relevant interfaces within Corporate Communications and Public Policy, Infineon and external partners to generate high-quality brand experience and wide reach.
- Media Relations: Enforcement of existing media relations to local key-media and establishment of new relations (Corporate & trade media). Adaption and distribution of trade press articles and releases, continuous media pitching and support of global media briefings. Act as company spokesperson.
- Corporate Marketing Campaigns: G2M adaption of global marketing campaigns by identifying relevant key-topics based on local market needs; ensuring omnichannel distribution and continuous performance tracking.
- Social Media: Empower local Social Media team member in her global responsibility for paid Social Media marketing activities for the Industrial and Infrastructure segment. Steering of national and regional Social Media activities based on the strategic planning and in close alignment via global Social Media team.
- Internal communications: with focus on regional needs, conception, planning and implementation of local internal communication activities; plus, adaption and implementation of global people and transformation projects in close alignment with Corporate Communications and Public Policy.
- Responsibility for regional allocated budget (from local and global).
- Clear KPI setting: making the goals and value contribution visible and results, wherever possible, quantifiable and connected to the overall customer journey.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in integrated, wholistic communications functions.
- Experience in international organizations.
- Strong network in Singapore.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Stress resistant and collaborative.
