  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare clients for treatments
  • Assist doctor during medical aesthetics procedure
  • Working with doctors to develop policies, protocols and procedures
  • Provide advice on procedure downtime, pre and post care guide
  • Conduct consultations, recommend and sales of suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to both new and existing customers depending on their needs
  • Build and establish new customer prospects and nurturing a strong relationship with both new and existing customers to increase sales and repeat businesses
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good after-sales relationships with customers and ensure their enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
  • Must have experience of handling and closing high sales
  • To achieve, meet and exceed personal sales target as well as outlet sales target
  • Handle English and Mandarin-speaking customers with confidence and professionalism
  • Handle front desk duties and attend to calls and basic appointment booking
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the outlet's manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Aggressive Selling
  • Proven sales record
  • Relevant sales experience in Aesthetic Clinic, Spa or Beauty Salon
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Responsible, well-groomed with pleasant disposition and positive personality
  • Required languages: English and Mandarin in order to provide recommendation of products and treatments to both English and Mandarin speaking customers
  • Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic PC skills
  • Experience: 2 years Aesthetic sales (Preferred)
  • MUST be around at time of application of this job for immediate interview if selected
