  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

· Track and manage inventory record for EUCD, servers and network.

· Track and manage software inventory

· Receive deliveries.

· Manage storeroom and cabinets, issue and receive computers and peripherals

· Coordinate and liaise for media disposal

· Physically check inventory info for EUCD.

· Raise service requests for EUCD provisioning/de-provisioning and software installation.

· *EUCD – End user computing devices including Desktop, laptop, printers, tablets, mobile, scanners and their related peripherals and accessories.

· Identifying processing inefficiencies and providing suggestions to streamline processes

· Developing Asset Management processes to ensure that our entire technology estate is visible and controlled

· Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to meet the needs of the organization

· Liaising with internal and external partners on a daily basis to resolve trade issues

Coordinating the yearly asset verification exercise

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,100.00 per month
